We monitor every site every 60 seconds. If yours goes offline at 2am, we know by 2:01am. We don’t have an overnight team — we’re honest about that. What we have is monitoring that never sleeps, alerts that hit our team instantly, and a track record of 99.99% uptime over 90 days. The fractional downtime we’ve recorded is planned maintenance, not outages. During business hours, we’re on it immediately. Outside business hours, first thing next morning. We’ve never had a major outage — dual data center redundancy takes care of even the wildest scenarios.
What does 99.99% uptime guarantee mean?+
It means we stand behind our infrastructure. Our measured uptime over 90 days is 99.99% — after that, we stop counting because the number speaks for itself. What does TTFB mean and why should I care?+

Terms & Disclosures
Response time commitments apply to initial acknowledgment during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ET). Response times are not resolution guarantees — complex issues are worked to completion regardless of time required.
Uptime guarantee applies to server and network infrastructure availability as measured over a rolling 90-day period. Guarantee excludes service interruptions caused by third-party software conflicts, CMS or plugin errors, client-initiated changes, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.
Performance benchmarks including TTFB are measured on Talking Monkey infrastructure under standard conditions. Actual performance may vary based on site architecture, third-party integrations, and end-user network conditions.
Annual plans are billed at the stated rate for the full prepaid term. All pricing, including monthly and custom arrangements, is subject to adjustment at renewal. Clients will be notified of any rate changes prior to their renewal date.
Add-on tools and bundled software are subject to availability and applicable service terms. Features, tools, and capabilities are subject to change. We’ll always communicate material changes that affect your plan.
Storage allocations are per hosting account. Individual file, database, or media storage is subject to the allocated limit for your plan tier. Enterprise storage is custom-scoped and quoted separately.
Managed Social Media Posting is a separate service agreement and is not included in any hosting plan. Pricing and scope are determined per engagement.
Custom development, custom code, and custom integrations are scoped per request and subject to separate agreement. Inclusion in a hosting plan indicates availability of the service, not unlimited delivery.
Unthrottled bandwidth reflects our policy of not artificially restricting data transfer on any plan. Bandwidth is subject to reasonable use and Talking Monkey’s infrastructure capacity. Sustained extreme usage may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
